For the first time, Ozempic can be bought cash-pay with home delivery through NovoCare Pharmacy.
Novo Nordisk made Ozempic available to self-paying patients for $499 a month on August 18, 2025, through NovoCare Pharmacy home delivery and GoodRx. Before this there was no manufacturer cash-pay route for Ozempic. The price fell again to $349 for most doses in November 2025.
