The White House launched TrumpRx.gov on February 5, 2026. It is a government site, not a pharmacy: orders are fulfilled by the manufacturers’ own programs (Zepbound vials, for example, through LillyDirect). At launch the White House listed Wegovy injection at an average $350/month (from $199), the Wegovy pill from $149, Ozempic at an average $350 (from $199) and Zepbound at an average $346 (from $299). These are the same self-pay prices available directly from NovoCare and LillyDirect.
