The list-price cut takes effect January 1, 2027; self-pay prices are unaffected.
Novo Nordisk announced on February 24, 2026 that the US list price of Wegovy and Ozempic will fall to $675 a month effective January 1, 2027 (Wegovy’s list price is $1,349 today). Self-pay prices through NovoCare are not affected. The change matters most to insured patients whose out-of-pocket cost is tied to list price — people in a deductible phase or paying coinsurance.
