Novo Nordisk’s first manufacturer cash-pay channel for Wegovy, with home delivery.
Novo Nordisk launched NovoCare Pharmacy on March 5, 2025, selling all doses of Wegovy to cash-paying patients for $499 a month with home delivery. On March 24, 2025 it extended the $499 price to other pharmacies through the Wegovy savings offer, replacing the previous $650-per-28-days offer. The price fell to $349 in November 2025.
